Each region of Puerto Rico offers very different personalities with San Juan becoming quite a favorite destination for quick getaways, solo trips, and even girls trips. Every time I visit I get the perfect blend of history, nature, food & dancing but still manage to be surprised by hidden gems.Â

Roam the pastel streets of Old San Juan – take a day to fully immerse yourself in the history of Old San Juan. From cobblestone walkways to pastel-painted buildings and even pink flower-framed trees all call for a bike ride of causal stroll. Be sure to visit the local shops and galleries along the way.
La Placita de Santurce – enjoy drinks, music, and nightlife here
Hit Condado Beach…or any beach – one of the most well-known beaches in Puerto Rico that is open to the public
Castillo San Felipe del Morro – this famous fortress that was built hundreds of years ago as a defense structure.
Take in Art – Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico and Publica are open to the public featuring various art pieces, rotating galleries, and exhibits.
